XtraBet / Extra Bet Roulette, William Hill, Betfred.
From first impressions, you can play the game at one pound a spin, but you can only place a minimum bet of one pound on the Pot/Bonus position.
The roulette wheel has the same layout as Key Bet, with the Bonus being between the numbers 5 and 10, directly opposite zero.
The start of the game is also the same as Key Bet, with the bonus wheel spinning between twelve different values, then the roulette ball being released.
The help menu states that the machine is random, but unlike Key Bet, does not feature a gamble.
The odds on hitting the Bonus slot are 38/1 (36 number, plus zero, plus Bonus). Then a further 12/1 of landing directly in the Pot space.
Overall odds are 38/1 x 12/1 = 456/1
So you have a 456/1 chance of landing in the pot square.
As the game is new, all the pots have started on 50 pounds and because of the lower minimum bet, the pots are likely to take far longer to increase to a worthwhile value.
The values on the bonus wheel are also slightly different to Key Bet, with the addition of a 70 pound slot.

At maximum playing speed the law allows for no more than two spins per minute. So, 456 spins divided by 2 gives the amount of minutes to hit the pot on a long average.
456/2 = 228.
228 minutes = 3h and 48m.

I think it will be sometime until the pots reach a level to make it worth pursuing, and with an assumption that the maximum pot value will be 500 pound, we can assume at some point they may be worth a play.
The games are currently being promoted and feature on the front page menu of the gaming terminals in both betting shops.

Edits:
The pots on these are barely increasing, however it seems William Hill have upgraded the pots to £100 in some of their stores. Maybe this is a trial before a national roll out, but I suspect the machines are not generating anywhere near the amount of play the sites were hoping for.
